The Camp Hope Movement

Camp Hope

Powerful words, well powerful words for some of us that experienced the Camp Hope Movement. Something that I could have never imagined. I personally witnessed the people of this beautiful city coming out of their homes in order to help their neighbors who happened to be less fortunate than they were. People were bringing tents, blankets, tarps, sleeping bags, socks, shoes, coats, I could go on, but I think you get it. People in this city came out and their FULL FORCE OF LOVE CAME OUT WITH THEM.

As my days wind down I can look back on all the moments in my life that I was able to be witness to the love this city has to offer.

I will end this Blog entry here and make it short and sweet, please love each other, please care for each other, please show the rest of the state, country, and world exactly how much SPOKANE LOVES, HOW MUCH SPOKANE CARES, HOW MUCH COMPASSION SPOKANE HAS FOR ITS FELLOW MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILDREN. WE ARE A CITY OF LOVE BUILT ON A FOUNDATION OF COMPASSION, COMPASSION THAT SEES NO LIMIT ON WHO IT IS IT HELPS. REACH OUT REACH OUT REACH OUT, IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO SHINE SPOKANE, IT IS TIME MY BEAUTIFUL CITY FOR YOU TO SHINE. I LOVE YOU SPOKANE, THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME!!!
